The United States District Court for the District of New Jersey entered a judgment in a lawsuit brought by Sabinsa against GENI, Inc. (dba Good Earth Nutritional Ingredients) for infringing Sabinsa's patent on Forskohlin. The judgment states that Sabinsa's Forskohlin patent "is valid and was properly issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office." The judgment further provides for a permanent injunction prohibiting GENI from any further infringement of this patent.
